内容介绍 :	Twin sisters Wu Shui-lin and Bik-lin are forced to leave their homes due to a draught. The family comes to Plum City where the father contracts a disease and dies. With no means of survival, Bik-lin is thus sold to Bao Fu-sun as a domestic maid, while Shui-lin follows Ma Fong-ko, from her same village, as a wandering martial arts performer. Time passes ; Shui-lin and Bik-lin are now grown women. Fu-sun and his son both crave after the pretty Bik-lin, but she has promised her heart to Leung Ming, the gardener at the Bao home, and they secretly run away. At this time, Shui-lin and Fong-ko have come to Plum City to look for Bik-lin. Mistaken Shui-lin for Bik-lin, Fu-sun makes a report to the police to have Fong-ko put away. Fu -sun then compels Shui-lin to go back to their home, but Shui-lin manages to sneak away. In deep of night, Shui-lin breaks into the Bao house, and kills both Fu-sun and his son. Thinking that the murderer is Bik-lin, the police arrest her and Ming. To save Bik-lin, Shui-lin breaks into the magistrate's office and confesses to the magistrate. Bik-lin and Ming are released ; they marry. Shui-lin continues her life as a wandering knight-lady, delivering justice to those who do evil. (Extracted from the film handbill.)
