内容介绍 :	Yuk-ying, a giri from a fishing family, posseses a talent for swimming. She saves Hon-wing, the son of rich man Chow Sui-tin from drowning when the boy is struck by a boat during a boat race. To reward her, Sui-tin sponsors her attendance at a village school where Hon-wing studies. The years pass. Hon-wing goes to university in Guangzhou. He romances social butterfly Wong Yeuk-lan. Yuk-ying also comes to the university to further her studies and arouses the jealousy of Yeuk-lan when Yeuk-lan learns that Yuk-ying is Hon-wing's childhood sweetheart. Yeuk-lan tries to bully and tease Yuk-ying. Later, Yuk-ying joins the semi-finals of the Southern China swimming competition and wins the right to compete in the championships. However, the incumbent champion, Yeuk-lan, tricks Yuk-ying into returning to her village on the day of the competition. Hon-wing goes to search for Yuk-ying and despite the obstacles put up by the driver under the orders of Yeuk-lan, he manages to find Yuk-ying and bring her back to compete. In the end, Yuk-ying beats Yeuk-lan and wins the competiton.
