内容介绍 :	Chung Yin-ping is a single mother. She and her daughter Ah Kiu rely on singing for their survival. Village bully Lui Cheung craves Yin-ping and kidnaps Ah Kiu to force Yin-ping to marry him. As they quarrel, Lui Cheung is hit on the head by a giant bell and dies. Mother and daughter are separated as Yin-ping runs away to Ng County where she is employed to sing in a teahouse. Meantime, Ah Kiu follows a song and dance troupe also to Ng County. They perform in a theatre next to the teahouse. Yin-ping gets to know actor Long Leg Seven from the troupe. Seven admires Yin-ping, not knowing that Ah Kiu is her daughter. Seven learns that Lui Cheung's brother Lui Mai is in town looking for Yin-ping. Seven informs Yin-ping who then runs away to Hong Kong. At this time, Seven learns that Ah Kiu is Yin-ping's daughter. After much difficulty, Seven makes it possible for mother and daughter to reunite. Yin-ping has already promised to marry rich man Fung Yan-kwun but his cousin Ah To tells Yin-ping that Yan-kwun is a fraud. Finally, Seven and Yin-ping become husband and wife.
