内容介绍 :	Detective Charlie Chan is asked by millionaire He Guangshou to investigate the suicide of his brother He Guangcai . Charlie and his daughter Chen Meina go to Guangcai's office to investigate. They establish that Guangcai was actually murdered. Businessman Wu Huaide is named as a suspect and Mei-na secretly investigates him. She goes after Huaide's secretary Dong Lizhu to the train station where Lizhu passes a briefcase to a stranger. Charlie and Meina follow the stranger to a wooden hut in the outskirts where they steal the briefcase and discover it filled with counterfeit banknotes. Huaide is willing to give himself up to the police and inform on the clique of counterfeiters to save himself. However, the ringleader acts a step ahead and kidnap Huaide to the hideout. Meina picks up Lizhu's trail and follows her to the hideout but she is captured and put in a dungeon. Charlie comes in the nick of time to save her. The ringleader is exposed to be the banker Jin Baichuan. The police arrest the gang but Baichuan and Huaide are killed in a shootout. (Extracted from the film brochure.)
